Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and user research with clients
- Define product requirements together with product managers and engineers
- Design complete product experiences from concept to developer handoff
- Validate ideas with prototypes, usability testing and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and review design quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience on shipped digital products
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design and visual design skills
- Experience running user interviews and usability tests
- Advanced Figma skills and experience working with design systems
- Experience designing AI-powered or SaaS products is a plus
