Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AI Nova Apps collects through this website, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language; if anything is unclear, email us at hello@ainovaapps.com.

Who we are

AI Nova Apps is a software development company at Blue Area, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. We are responsible ("controller") for the personal information described in this policy.

Information you give us

Contact and quote forms

When you send us a message we receive your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your budget and your message. To prevent spam we also store the IP address and browser type the message was sent from.

We also record how you found us — for example the search engine, advert, social network or website you came from, the campaign name in the link you clicked, the first page you visited, an ad click identifier and your approximate country based on your device's time zone. This tells us which of our marketing works.

Job applications

When you apply for a job we receive your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email address, LinkedIn and portfolio links, cover letter and CV. CVs are stored privately and only our hiring team can open them.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we keep your email address and the page you subscribed from. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing us.

WhatsApp, phone and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you share. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Website statistics (no cookies)

Our own visitor statistics do not use cookies and do not store anything on your device. For each page view we record the page, the website or campaign that referred you, your approximate country, your device type, browser and operating system. To count unique visitors we create an identifier from your IP address and browser with a secret key that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on another day or work out your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored with these statistics. Statistics are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our adverts. Where our cookie banner asks for your consent, these tools only load after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. The tools that are currently switched on are listed at the end of this page.

When you submit our contact form, these tools may be told that a lead was received, so the advertising platforms can measure which adverts work. Your form answers are not sent to them.

Why we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and prepare proposals — because you asked us to, or to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
• To consider your job application — to take steps before a possible employment contract, and in our legitimate interest in hiring the right people.
• To send our newsletter — with your consent.
• To understand and improve our website and marketing — in our legitimate interests, using cookieless statistics; and, for cookies and advertising tools, with your consent where it is required.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud — in our legitimate interests.
• To meet legal obligations — for example tax and accounting records once you become a client.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who host our website and databases or deliver our email, under contracts that require them to protect it;
• analytics and advertising providers listed below, where you have allowed those tools;
• professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where needed; and
• authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, so information you send us is processed in Pakistan and by our service providers in other countries. Where data-protection laws such as the EU or UK GDPR require it, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, for transfers to service providers.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as we need to respond and for any business relationship that follows, after which we delete or anonymise them.
• Job applications: for the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role opens, normally no longer than 12 months unless you agree otherwise.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Website statistics: about 13 months, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of some US states also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising — you can do this by rejecting marketing cookies in Cookie settings. To use any of these rights, email hello@ainovaapps.com. We will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live, such as your national authority in the EU or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

Children

Our website is meant for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for sensitive files such as CVs. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or other highly sensitive information through our forms.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date it was last updated is shown at the top.
