Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from clients
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
- Create process flows and wireframes to communicate solutions
- Coordinate between clients, designers and developers during delivery
- Support user acceptance testing and product demos
Requirements
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in a software company
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or ClickUp
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of mobile and web application development
