UI/UX design that solves real user problems
Users decide within seconds whether an app or website is worth their time. Confusing navigation, slow forms and inconsistent screens cost sign-ups and sales — and fixing them after launch is far more expensive than getting them right in design. Our UI/UX design process puts research and testing up front, so decisions are based on evidence rather than opinion.
Our UI/UX design services
UX research and strategy
We interview users, review analytics and session recordings, audit competitors and map the jobs your product needs to do. For existing products, a UX audit pinpoints the screens and flows causing drop-off, with prioritised recommendations.
Product and interaction design
User flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes for mobile apps, SaaS platforms, admin dashboards and marketing websites. We design with real content and real edge cases in mind: empty states, errors, slow connections and long Urdu or Arabic labels.
Visual UI design
Clean, modern interfaces that reflect your brand while respecting platform conventions from Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design, so apps feel native on every device.
Design systems
A design system is a shared library of colours, typography, spacing tokens and components — buttons, inputs, cards, tables — documented with usage rules. It keeps products consistent as they grow and lets developers build new screens faster. We build design systems in Figma and can mirror them in code with Storybook.
Usability testing
Before development starts, we put prototypes in front of representative users — in moderated sessions or remote, unmoderated tests — and measure task success, time on task and points of confusion. Small changes at this stage often have the biggest impact.
Accessible and inclusive by default
We design to WCAG accessibility guidelines: sufficient contrast, readable type sizes, keyboard and screen-reader support, and clear focus states. For audiences in Pakistan, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, we create proper right-to-left layouts for Urdu and Arabic rather than simply mirroring English screens.
Design and development under one roof
Because our designers sit alongside developers and QA engineers, feasibility is checked early and designs survive implementation intact. Design QA during development catches spacing, state and animation issues before release. After launch, our digital marketing and SEO team can help bring the right visitors to the experience you've built, and AI-powered features from our generative AI team can be designed in from the start.
