The Challenge
The Department of Explosives managed licensing, inspections, and compliance for hundreds of explosives manufacturers, dealers, and transport operators using paper-based registers. This created security risks, compliance gaps, and made it nearly impossible to track the chain of custody for explosive materials.

We developed a secure, nationally-deployed MIS for explosives licensing featuring digital license application and renewal workflows, GIS-based mapping of licensed facilities, inspection scheduling and digital reporting, chain of custody tracking from manufacture to consumption, automated compliance alerts and violation tracking, and integration with law enforcement databases for security vetting.
