The Challenge
Local government representatives in KPK's merged districts needed structured training on governance, budgeting, and public service delivery. No digital learning platform existed in local languages, and in-person training couldn't scale across all districts.
Our Solution
We built a bilingual (Urdu/English) Learning Management System with video courses, quizzes, certifications, progress tracking, and discussion forums. The platform includes a civic awareness module for citizens, offline content access, and integration with the LGS's existing training framework. Content was developed in collaboration with governance experts.
Key Results
2,500+ local government representatives trained online
Course completion rate of 78%
Training cost reduced by 60% compared to in-person sessions
Platform adopted as official training tool by LGS
